Welcome to Arts 4 Dementia!
Arts 4 Dementia offers, lists and signposts stimulating arts opportunities for people living with dementia in the community nationwide. Now, when older people are more alone than ever – and carers’ needs for socialising and self expression are also desperate – we are delivering interactive inspirational arts programmes accessible from home, which participants enjoy together, all free of charge; we train arts workshop leaders to deliver their own and we research and signpost wide-ranging arts workshops, interactive experiences and performances, so that people affected by dementia can find opportunities online or nearby.
You can help transform the lives of people living with dementia in the community by supporting Arts 4 Dementia here!
If you live with early-stage dementia or care for someone with dementia, you can join our friendly Chatty Wednesdays weekly Zoom group – chat, with opportunities, if you like, to express yourself through art, maybe creating and showing a painting or drawing, or reading a poem or with music.
