The Oyster Project are hosting a Dementia friendly creative space, for people living with Dementia and their friends or carers.
Art activities will be available and tactile rod and hand puppets, books and magazines and tea/coffee making facilities.
People with Dementia will have the opportunity to express themselves creatively with the help of an artist and puppeteer experienced at working creatively with people with Dementia.
Carers will have the chance to relax and read a magazine, or join in being creative with their loved one. A chance for to make new friends , have fun and relax.
