We run a free community group for the elderly, including those living with a dementia, with the aim to help reduce loneliness and social isolation.

The group meets every Tuesday from 10am to midday in the gallery.

Each session has a different theme, for example, in January we painted Picasso portraits. The focus of this group is to encourage community cohesion, so people feel part of it and not socially isolated. It also gives valuable respite to carers, who can take the opportunity to use our quiet room to relax and have a cup of tea or go for a stroll along the seafront.

No booking is required, just come along and enjoy a cuppa!
