STRENGTH & BALANCE EXERCISE CLASSES
Lets get Moving, Emma will improve your balance and posture, strengthen your muscles and bones and improve your overall fitness and general well being.
Emma's classes are perfect for improving strength, balance and supporting your health.
Classes are 45 mins long and are delivered through Zoom ( https://zoom.us ) which you will need to download onto your device.
You will need a chair near by and if you have a resistance band or light weights, if not don't worry, you can use tins out your cupboards!
