Would you like to take part in a daily art for wellbeing challenge for the month of February, in your own time from home? Each day you will receive a 15 minute art idea by email, with an example image or link – each idea need take no more than 15 minutes to try, so they should be easier to fit into your day. There'll be a variety of art ideas, in diverse media and styles. I'll also share some suggestions on how to make your art time mindful, calming or mood-boosting. You'll have the opportunity to share how you get on in an optional, private Facebook group for project participants.
