Our Turn is a two-year arts intervention using dance and movement to help the health and happiness of vulnerable adults living with dementia or memory loss.

The project supports the building of relationships in the home and the community, enabling greater social interaction and an improved quality of life.

These weekly movement sessions - led by specialist dance artists - aim to:

Support falls prevention
Improve physical and mental health and wellbeing
Reduce loneliness and isolation
Provide carers with respite

Join us at St Peter's Community Centre, Yeovil on Monday afternoons 1pm - 4pm. Your session will start with a meet and greet, followed by a falls prevention movement class and social time with refreshments.
