If you’re living outside Wales and unable to make it to an in person session,then you won’t miss out: we also meet online and sing together via Zoom. So you can join us wherever you are in the world – from Sussex to Scotland, Cornwall to Cumbria, and even Texas!

The sessions last 45 minutes, and are guaranteed to get you energised (don’t worry – the leader mutes everyone’s microphones before we start!)  The sessions are run on Zoom, which works with nearly all devices – but you can always check with us if you’re unsure.
