MYTH PERSONAS: VISUAL POEMS WITH HOLLY HUNTER

Inspired by the ink drawing ‘The Death of the Children of Niobe’ by Conrad Martin Metz, in our prints and drawings collection, this workshop aims to bring voice to lesser known characters in Greek Mythology through playful interpretation.

Artist and writer Holly Hunter will guide you through a series of drawing and writing exercises to create poetic visual responses to this incredible artwork.

Holly will encourage you to let go of preconceived ideas about ‘the right way’ to interpret art, and to trust your personal responses!

This workshop is hosted over Zoom and open to all adults. No prior experience in writing or drawing is needed.
