We are always working on finding ways to prevent isolation and loneliness, especially within the older community, by having things to really look forward to each week.

This is why we are inviting you to enjoy a chair-based exercise programme, that works to benefit older people, including those with dementia and mild cognitive impairment, by enabling the left side and right side of the brain to process information separately. It all helps improve cognitive function, co-ordination and the ability to carry out daily activities more independently.

This is then followed by some socialising and lunch overlooking the beautiful views of South Park Gardens.

To book your seat please contact Ellie at Home Instead on 020 8942 4137 or email
