Whilst Cheshire Dance is no longer delivering classes in studios, halls, schools and other venues, we are determined to keep our participants moving with our dance artists. As such, whilst we go through this period of social distancing, we are taking some classes online. This will not only allow you to keep on dancing, but it will help us all to stay together, at a distance, as a virtual dancing community.

Our 'Live Well Dance' class is a gentle seated dance and movement class for older adults. It is also suitable for people with dementia and their family/carers.
The classes are led by Cheshire Dance artist Emily and cost £4.50 per session.
