Drawing for Wellbeing - Beginner's 6 week Course

This course takes you through a series of structured steps to build up your confidence and skill in drawing. Each week will begin with some fun drawing games and activities followed by a structured drawing session that will take you step by step through creating a drawing.
The sessions will give you a chance to draw, to learn with others and time to relax. All the activities will help support your wellbeing and you can repeat them easily on your own.
