Contemporary Dance 50+
Ideal if you’re looking to return to dance after a break or if you still dance but want to slow things down while still being challenged.
This class is great for improving mobility, strength, coordination, technique, fitness, flexibility, release of tension and meeting new friends. The warm-ups serve as mini travel dances before work begins on the dance itself. As the term progresses, you’ll end up with a long sequence to be performed together.
