Learn ballet at a relaxed pace. The class covers how to turn out the legs, basic exercises at the barre and in the centre. You’ll learn how to do static and travelling movements, pirouettes and small jumps; moving from individual steps to group steps.
Starting gently, the pace picks up as the class progresses. It’s also great for improving co-ordination, balance, core strength, movement memory, ballet vocabulary, basic fitness and flexibility.
