JOIN US for Term 2 at the Treehouse in the heart of Elephant Castle, Southwark
We will be hosting a series of FREE art workshops at the Treehouse in Elephant Park for a whole year! These sessions are designed for people with early-stage dementia, mild cognitive impairment and their companions to enjoy a creative activity together.
These 10-week programmes will be split into 4 terms:
Term 1: 16 May – 18 July 2023
Mixed Media with Seiwa Cunningham
Term 2: 1 August – 3 October 2023
Print-making with Melissa Fry and Georgia Murphy
Term 3: 17 October – 19 December 2023
Illustration/Journaling with with Alicia Gradon
Term 4: 16 January – 19 March 2024
Clay/Ceramics with Katie Spragg
Term 5: 2 April - 7 May 2024
Textiles with Gussi Philippou
Join us for term 4 and take part in a brilliant ceramics and clay programme delivered by the fantastic artist Katie Spragg.
Over 10 weeks you will have the opportunity to explore working with different techniques in clay, using a variety of tools and producing your own piece to take home with you at the end!
All materials are included and no previous art experience is needed, it’s all about giving it a go!
There are a limited number of spaces available so please get in touch if you would like to learn a new skill, make new social connections and combat memory worries!

-This workshop series is for people with early-stage dementia or mild cognitive impairment and their companions
-To participate, you will need to register by phone in advance

-We regret that we can only accommodate those who expect to be able to attend all 10 sessions from Aug 1st Aug – Oct 3rd 2023
-Art materials will be provided and refreshments will be available. The programme is FREE of charge.
