Walking for Health – Buckfast Leigh Nature Walks

Come and join us for a variety of interesting and easy walks, often on Dartmoor.

In older people, walking and staying active can improve cognitive function, memory, attention and processing speed, and reduce the risk of cognitive decline and dementia.

Meeting alternate Wednesdays from Victoria Woodholme Car Park, usually at 10am.
