Standing Dance (55+)
The session progresses to a range of standing exercises which are repeated weekly to help improve balance, posture, flexibility & strength. The session ends with everybody learning fun, basic choreography where movement is constantly adapted to suit everybody who attends.
Currently running every Monday at 10am and 12pm via Zoom, £15 per term.

Mae'r sesiwn yn symud ymlaen i ystod o ymarferion sefyll sy'n cael eu hailadrodd yn wythnosol i helpu i wella cydbwysedd, osgo, hyblygrwydd a chryfder. Daw'r sesiwn i ben gyda phawb yn dysgu coreograffi sylfaenol hwyliog lle mae symudiad yn cael ei addasu'n gyson i weddu i bawb sy'n mynychu.
