Mindful Walking at Brocks Hill Country Park

This is a free six week block of sessions designed to support those living with dementia and their carers. It uses active mindfulness techniques that require you to be consciously aware and moving in the environment rather than sitting down with your eyes closed. The practice brings you closer to nature and your body, using senses, breathing, meditation, relaxation, visualisation, walking and mindful yoga.
