An online dance class aimed to get you moving and having fun. Suitable for ages 50+.
In this online class we will explore and develop ideas and work together to create original pieces, encouraging physical and mental flexibility and agility. This class will be as much about creating a community of like-minded movers as it is about dancing. All are welcome!
Please ensure your home space is free of any obstacles or trip hazards and have some water to hand.
This online session is led by dancer, choreographer and yoga teacher Lucy May Wilson.
