Dementia Pathfinders is pleased to host this performed play reading written by Brian Daniels of New End Theatre Beyond.

Inspired by the lived experiences of two families, Don't Leave Me Now highlights the impact of a diagnosis of dementia at a young age, and explores the dilemmas and struggles faced by people living with dementia and their carers on their unpredictable and heart-breaking journeys.

The event will include a book-signing session with Rachael Dixey, whose story Our Dementia Diary: Irene, Alzheimer's and Me was the original inspiration for the play.
