Royal Albert Hall presents a dementia friendly screening in the Elgar Room, specially arranged for those with dementia and Alzheimer’s Disease to be comfortable, with plenty of seating available and our friendly stewarding team on hand to help.
Join us for a screening of the 1961 musical comedy Blue Hawaii, staring Elvis Presley.
The first of three Elvis Presley films to be shot in Hawaii (followed by Girls! Girls! Girls! in 1962 and Paradise, Hawaiian Style in 1965), Norman Taurog’s musical rom-com includes several Presley hits including Hawaiian Wedding Song, Aloha ‘Oe” and “Blue Hawaii”.
Tickets are £5 and include coffee/tea and cake.
