Cradle Choir at Welsh National Opera welcomes adults living with dementia and their friends and families. Come and sing your heart out side-by-side with those you love in our friendly, relaxed sessions where our choir Leaders will take you through a range of popular songs that will be familiar to you (and no, we won’t be singing opera!). Each session is washed down with drinks, biscuits and a chance for a chat. No singing experience required!
