A4D Opera onboard the Angel Canal Boat
for participants
for carers

A series of four free opera trips on the Regent’s Canal
Thursdays, 10.30am – 12.30pm
3, 10, 17, 24 May 2018
Calling all friends of Arts 4 Dementia for a programme of music in partnership with the Angel Community Canal Boat Trust guided by skipper John Checkley.
Opera singers, including noted mezzo-soprano Vivien Conacher, will re-energise and inspire individuals, carers, families and friends living with early-stage dementia within the community, singing opera choruses as the boat rises and drops in the lock. Come and enjoy the reverberations of her arias echoing along the long, dark tunnel and re-join the singing while the boat continues its leafy journey and moors by the canal side.
Assemble at 10.15am
