This online Well-being Group is a small friendly group, where we do some simple easy to follow mindfulness, gentle creative mindful movement, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques.
We always finish with Hannah leading a journey to create a beautiful place in our imaginations where we can relax and unwind.
Carers are also welcome to come alone.
Hannah is a qualified mindfulness and well-being instructor and has many years experience of working creatively with people with dementia and other disabilities.
This group is just as much for carers and family members as for people with dementia.
