This online Well-being Group is a small friendly group, where we do some simple easy to follow mindfulness listening, gentle creative mindful movement, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques.
We always finish with Hannah leading a journey to a beautiful place in our imaginations where we can relax and unwind.
Hannah is a qualified mindfulness and well-being instructor and has many years experience of working creatively with people with dementia and other disabilities and is a dementia champion.
This group is just as much for carers and family members as for people with dementia.
Groups are free because we don't want anyone to miss out for financial reasons, but if you can donate, please do this through our Oyster Project charity website.
