Each week participants will be guided through an online dance session, led by our Mayflower Engage dance practitioner Hayley. The sessions will explore gentle movement, finding ways to connect your breath and mind, moving through a warm-up, short exercises and dance routines. Participants will develop mobility, tension relief, expression and strength across the body and variations will be offered to suit learners and individual needs.
No previous dance experience is required, adaptations available and optional chair use will be welcomed and included.
