All Ability Cycling clubs provide people of all abilities, ages and experience levels the chance to cycle. The clubs are free to access and open to all, and have available a range of specially adapted cycles to suit a multitude of needs and disabilities. The clubs operate on a drop-in basis weekly, fortnightly and monthly in various parks across London. There are cycle instructors present at all clubs to instruct on how to use the cycles as well as provide helmets and route information if you aren’t familiar with the local area.

Every Tuesday and Thursday at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in Stratford from 11am-1pm. We set up just outside the Lee Valley VeloPark, off Abercrombie Road E20 3AB
