50+ Dance is a new opportunity to start the day moving. Aimed at anyone mobile 50 yrs + who wants to keep active, everyone is welcome!.
Borrowing from a wide spectrum of movement ideas and dance styles, the session is led by Adrenalindance director Andrew Coombs.
The Thursday morning class includes simple taught exercises and plenty of opportunities to move freely. The session invites particpants to contribute their own interpretations and avoids complicated choreography or too much cardio work .
The classes are not aimed at performance and music is from a wide playlist from classical to hip hop and everything in between. After class there is an opportunity to socialise with coffee and tea provided by the Round Chapel Families project.
