Walking Friends Wales can introduce you to other people living in your area and get you walking at your own pace so that you can experience all the health benefits associated with regular exercise.

When you take part, you’ll be introduced to a Walking Friend who will take you through an 8-week programme of self-guided activities which are linked to the 5 Ways of Wellbeing (Connect, Be Active, Keep Learning, Take Notice, Give). These activities can be done indoors and outdoors and are designed to get you walking at your own pace so that you can experience all the health benefits associated with regular exercise.

Pan fyddwch chi'n cymryd rhan, fe'ch cyflwynir i Ffrind Cerdded a fydd yn eich tywys trwy raglen 8 wythnos o weithgareddau hunan-dywys sy'n gysylltiedig â'r 5 Ffordd o Lles (Cysylltu, Byddwch yn Egnïol, Cadwch Ddysgu, Cymerwch Sylw, Rhowch). Gellir gwneud y gweithgareddau hyn y tu mewn a'r tu allan ac fe'u cynlluniwyd i'ch annog i gerdded ar eich cyflymder eich hun fel y gallwch brofi'r holl fuddion iechyd sy'n gysylltiedig ag ymarfer corff yn rheolaidd.
