If you and your loved ones, or the older people you are caring for, looking for engaging and stimulating activities, our on-going programme of activities offers a wide range of arts, crafts, writing, heritage and cultural activities, online and face-to-face.

Our qualified and experienced professionals will ensure our activities are specially tailored for socially isolated older persons and are aimed at: teaching new skills on your personal tech/gadgets alongside meeting like-minded people, building friendships with people who maybe facing similar challenges to you, and most importantly improve their mental health by encouraging emotional wellbeing and reduce loneliness.

Our services will specifically help to increase their confidence, help them to stay independent for longer and enjoy quality time socialising with other people who are affected by dementia and various neurological disorders.

We also offer full technical support for those who need assistance with getting online.

See our website for more information about each activity, days and times.
