Tai chi (Taijiquan) is meditation in motion, a type of low-impact, weight-bearing, and aerobic exercise with the purpose of enhancing physical and mental health. This class focuses on slow, gentle movements, deep breathing and meditation.
Please note: The Zoom class will follow Taijiquan (Tai Chi) principles, specific drills and movement exercises rather than learning the specific form.
