A4D’s Spring News 2018!

The sun is shining, and we’re excited to bring you A4D’s Spring Newsletter! There’s lots happening, including Early-Stage Dementia Awareness Training for Arts Facilitators at the Royal Opera House (May 17th), a Networking Forum for Arts Facilitators for Dementia (June 1st) and a NEW free workshop programme for early-stage dementia ‘Poetry at the National Poetry Library, Southbank Centre‘ (June 4th – July 30th). On top of all this, if you’re up for a challenge sign up to be part of the Arts 4 Dementia team taking part in the Royal Parks Half Marathon 2018 (October 14th – plenty of time for training!) – and watch an illuminating film created by the Alzheimer’s Society in which our wonderful Trustee Lori explains Posterior Cortical Atrophy, a rare type of dementia.

Read all about it here! And if you’d like our news coming directly into your inbox quarterly, click here to sign up.
